1 Competition:
This Competition is organized by Yemen Oman United Telecom (“YOU”) and The it is operated and maintained by Velti, FZ (hereinafter both are referred “Organizers”), located at Office No. 2003A, P.O. Box 500663 Business Central Towers, Twentieth Floor, Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
YOU’s customers who subscribe or participate to the Millionaire service will stand a chance to win Prizes by renewing their daily subscription or playing on the premium quiz Millionaire game (the “Competition”).

2 – Competition Period:
2-1 The Competition commences on the 5th December 2023 and will continue for six months.
2-2 The Organizers reserves the right to end the service at any time. Before the service ends, an announcement will be publicly available on
2-3 The Organizers have the right to suspend and cancel the competition at any time without reason or prior warning. There is no minimum responsibility from the Organizers towards the participants in the event of force majeure or technical reasons leading to the impossibility of organizing the competition.
2-4 Canceling or early termination of the competition shall not release the Organizers from its obligation to give out already awarded prizes and execute other actions required, except for the cases when termination or interruption of the Competition was called by actions or events which are not under the Organizers’ control
3 Who May Enter:
3.1 To be eligible to enter, the entrant must:
3.1.1 be an YOU’s subscriber (Pre-Paid / Postpaid);
3.1.2 Participate in the trivia game, daily subscription service or all of them as detailed below.
3.2 Participation in this Competition excludes Competition’s Organizers and their subordinates.
3.3 For the weekly prizes, winners are entitled to win one either a 500,000 YER in cash or iPhone within the first month of the Mega Promo.
3.4 Winners are only entitled to win 1 (one) Prize per category each.
4 How to Enter:
4.1 During the Competition Period, the entrants that meet all the criteria referred to in clause 3 above must do the following in order to stand a chance to win:
4.1.1 YOU’s subscribers must register to the Millionaire subscription service by sending “YES” to 5440 (for YER 50 / day. The first day is free of charge for the first subscription only) or dial the USSD code *133#.
4.1.2 By joining the Millionaire subscription service, subscribers will receive points, daily SMS content of “Did you know” facts.
4.1.3 The Millionaire subscription service is free for the first day for the first subscription only. Afterwards, the service cost is YER50/day.
4.1.4 Subscribers may also join the Premium Quiz Game by sending “GO” to 5440 for YER 150 / SMS and answer the premium questions to increase their chances for winning one of Millionaire Prizes.
4.2 Entry by intelligent devices (e.g. modems, telemetry devices and the like) or machines shall not be permitted for entry and will not be eligible for Prizes.
4.3 Trivia / Subscription
4.3.1 YOU’s customers are prompted to join a premium rated SMS Competition by sending “GO” to 5440 for YER150 / SMS sent to increase their chances for the draws.
4.3.2 Upon registration via SMS, the end user will receive a welcome message, followed by the first question of the Premium Quiz game.
4.3.3 The subscriber may answer by SMS by sending 1 / 2 to 5440 for YER 150 / SMS.
4.3.4 In addition, YOU’s subscribers may subscribe to the daily subscription service either by sending “YES” to 5440 or by dialing the USSD code *133#. The daily subscription is for YER50 / day. The first day is free for the first subscription only. The subscriber will receive daily SMS content of “Did you know” facts.
4.3.5 Premium Quiz game points: Each correct answer awards at least 100 points. If the subscriber answers wrongly, no point will be awarded.
4.3.6 Daily subscription service points: by joining daily subscription service for YER50, the subscriber receives 100 points. For daily subscription renewal for YER50, subscriber awards 100 points.
4.3.7 To activate points in subscription service;
To get chance to win one of the weekly prizes and to activate the points you get due to daily renewal subscription, please answer at least one question weekly. For the grand prize draw, please answer at least one question during six months.
4.3.8 To activate points in Premium Quiz game:
To get chance to win one of the weekly prizes and to activate the points you get due to premium Quiz game, please answer at least one question weekly. For the grand prize draw, please answer at least one question during six months.
4.4 Opt out / deregistering / help:
4.4.1 For information regarding the service the customer may text “HELP” to 5440 for free.
4.4.2 For canceling the daily subscription to the service, the subscriber may text “STOP” to 5440 for free.
4.4.3 For stopping receiving informational messages from Millionaire Premium Quiz Game the participant may send “Pause” to 5440 for free.
4.4.4 Subscribers can opt in/out of the promotion as they wish. Accumulated points will not be lost if a subscriber opts out. Should a subscriber opt in again, they will reclaim their original points balance in full.
4.5 Once the qualifying entrant has fulfilled the requirements of clauses 3, 4.1, 4.2. & 4.3 above, he or she will be automatically entered into the prize granting system.
4.6 Winners:
4.6.1 During the first month:
· The weekly prizes: The Competition’s Organizers will choose two top scores winners with two weekly prizes within the same week of the assigned prizes.
- During the 2nd month to the 6th month:
- For weekly prizes: The Competition’s Organizers will choose the winner by a random draw of the same week of the assigned prize.
- For the monthly prize: The Competition’s Organizers will choose the top scores winner with the monthly prizes within the same month of the assigned prizes.
- For the Grand prize: The Competition’s Organizers will choose the winner by a random draw of the entire competition period.
4.6.2 During the first month, weekly prizes periods for the YER 500,000 and an iPhone15 handset will starting from 00:00:00 every Sunday and will end at 23:59:59 of the next Saturday.

- Cash: YER 500,000 for one winner (within the first month).
- iPhone handset: for one winner (for one month).
During the 2nd month to the 6th month: weekly prizes periods for an iPhone15 handset will starting from 00:00:00 every Sunday and will end at 23:59:59 of the next Saturday.

4.6.3 Monthly Prizes and Grand Prize draws for the YER1,000,000 and YER10,000,000 prizes respectively, shall take place on the following dates:

4.6.4 Where the weekly draw dates & monthly draw dates coincide with the grand prize draw dates, only grand prizes will be given away and no Weekly Prizes & Monthly prizes.

4.7 Winners will be notified telephonically through the number 1000000. Winners’ names & photos will be announced on YOU’s SMS, banners and / or social media.

5.2 The Prize shall be deposited by Competition’s Organizers to specific exchange centres, through which the winners will be able to withdraw their money. Prizes may be received by a representative of the winner by proxy only upon duly signed and authenticated issued by the court.
5.3 ID Card / Passport / Family Card is a must to receive the prize.
6 Disclaimer of warranties
6.1 Participants understand and agree that they participate in the Millionaire Service at their own risk and willingness and have not been coerced in any manner to enter the Millionaire Service.
6.2 Neither the Organizers nor any of its directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any loss suffered by any entrant participating in the Millionaire Service.
6.3 The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Millionaire Service.
7 General:
7.1 In so far as it is necessary, required by law or beyond the reasonable control of the Competition’s Organizers, the Competition’s Organizers reserve the right to vary the nature of the Competition, the Prize, or these terms and conditions upon notice in this regard being published on YOU’s website or in another appropriate medium.
7.2 With regard to clause 6.1 above, any amended terms and conditions published in any media, or on YOU’s website will form part of the terms and conditions of the Competition, to which terms the entrants agree to be bound.
7.3 The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the “Terms and Condition” at any time. Revised Terms will be publicly available on https://www.you.com.ye
You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes. Your continued use of the service after the posting of any change, will be deemed as acceptance of the change.
7.4 Winners shall only be contacted on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) during working hours (8:00 – 15:00), with public holidays and weekends excluded.
7.5 YOU attempts to contact the winner for a period of two working days after his or her name is drawn as a winner. In the event that the winner is uncontactable (during the time frames stipulated in this clause 6.5) or in the event that the winner rejects, or declines acceptance of the Prize, the Prize shall be offered to another winner eligible and contactable.
7.6 If the Millionaire Competition is canceled or terminated, the Organizers will publish a message announcing such termination on https://www.you.com.ye
7.7 The Prize is monetary, not transferable, is not exchangeable for another prize and cannot be sold.
7.8 The Competition’s Organizers reserve the right to withhold the Prize until it is entirely satisfied that the claimant of the Prize is the bona fide winner and reserves the right to call for such proof as it may deem necessary.
7.9 The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any provision of the “Terms and Conditions”.
7.10 The Organizers accepts no responsibility whatsoever for, including without limitation, any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure when it is not under its direct control and execution.
7.11 The Organizers reserve the right to whenever is deemed necessary temporarily suspend the Millionaire Competition for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades). The Organizers promise to restore the Millionaire Competition as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
7.12 The Organizers shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill any of its obligations under the present “Terms and Conditions” in so far as such failure is due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall mean all events beyond the control of the Organizers , which cannot be reasonably foreseen, or if necessary, cannot be avoided. Force Majeure shall include, but not by way of limitation., war hostilities, invasion, riot, political unrest, civil commotion, government control, lock-outs, fire, flood, storm, or other natural catastrophe. In such circumstances, the Organizers may suspend the Millionaire Competition for which event shall promptly notify the participants on the official website of the Millionaire Competition The Organizers may extend the duration of the MiilionaireSubscription Service for the number of days that it was suspended due to Force Majeure issues and award the prizes that were not given during the suspension period.
7.13 By entering this Competition, entrants signify they read the Terms and Conditions carefully and fully understood them; and their consent to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein:
7.13.1 Receive SMS communication from the Organizers on your mobile phone, related to the Millionaire Competition
7.13.2 Receive SMS communication/advertising offers from the Organizers;
7.13.3 Be included into Opt-in programs and Communities created by the Organizers with the data gathered during the Millionaire Competition Service or after the end of it.
7.13.4 These Terms and Conditions between the Organizers s and the players will remain in full force and effect while the Organizers s provide the competition (not taking into account temporarily suspensions of the service for operational reasons, e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades).
7.14 Winners shall be required to sign an appropriate acknowledgement of receipt of the Prize as the case maybe.
7.15 The Organizer of the WIN MILLIONS Service shall not release personal information about the participants of the service to third persons, unless: i) required to do so by law or ii) to comply with orders or instructions by the applicable governmental entities of Yemen or iii) if the participant has first given his/her consent and iv) in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions.
